Mercedes-Benz

Karl Benz invented the first automobile with an internal combustion engine in 1886. This was the starting point for a brand which is now symbolic of elegance, sportiness and safety. Only in 1926 did the company take its current name from the merger of the Mercedes brand, used by Daimler, with the Benz group. Over the years, the German company went on to become a point of reference for luxury saloons: reliable turbodiesel engines, bodies with crumple zones and continuously evolving style.
